• 1 (8-ounce) package large elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
• 1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
• ¾ cup milk
• ¼ cup butter, melted
• 2 eggs, beaten
• Salt and white pepper to taste
• 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
