CHICKEN LIME & CHEESE QUESADILLAS - Manitoba Chicken

Ingredients

• 1 cup (250 g) cream cheese, softened
• 2 Tbsp (30 ml) lime juice
• 3 green onions, finely sliced
• 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
• 2 cups (500 ml) cooked chicken, chopped
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) cilantro leaves
• 1 cup (250 ml) grated cheese (Monterey Jack, Cheddar or Tex Mex)
• 4 large of 8 small corn or flour tortillas
