- ½ cup Milk.
- ½ to ¾ cup of Mayonnaise
- 1 cup of light fresh sour Cream
- 3 TSP. crushed Garlic
- 3 tsp. crushed Black Pepper corns
- 3 tbsp. of granulated Sugar
- Salt to taste.
