Ingredients
- 1 tub plain cream cheese
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- Chilli flakes (optional)
- Chopped chives
- Chopped fried salami (optional)
- Chopped walnuts
- 1. Mix cream cheese, cheese, salt, pepper and chilli together.
- 2. Roll into balls & refrigerate for 2 hrs.
- 3. Mix chopped ingredients.
- 4. Roll balls into chopped ingredients.
- 5. Skewer with pretzel sticks.
