• 65 ml milk

• 2 tablespoons of oil
• about 200 g soup greens (carrot, celeriac, leek, ...)
• approx. 700 ml vegetable stock (equivalent to approx. 12 g dried stock plus water)
• Salt and pepper
• about 4 g parsley to garnish
