Pear–⁠Anise Seed Bundt Cake – Burlap & Barrel

Ingredients

• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 Tbsp Raki Anise Seeds
• 2 sticks (8 oz) unsalted butter, at room temperature
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp Nyanza or Pompona Vanilla extract
• 2 ripe pears, cut into small chunks (peel if desired)
• 1 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
