Ingredients

• 3-4 tomatoes cut in half then thinly sliced
• 2 pickling cucumbers or 1/3 of english cucumber thinly sliced (optional)
• 1-2 sweet peppers thinly sliced (optional)
• 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
• 2 garlic cloves (optional)
• Desired one or all optional herbs:
• dill
• cilantro
• parsley
• basil
• salt and pepper
• 1/4 cup unrefined sunflower oil*(my fav) or any other of your choice
• *easily can be found at European (Russian)stores.
