• 2 tablespoons vanilla sugar (25 gram ( or 1 tsp vanilla extract))
• lemon zest (of half a lemon)
• 1/4 teaspoon almond essence
• 1 egg
• 1 1/4 stick butter (cold - 150 gram)
• 1 egg (lightly beaten)
• 3 tablespoons cane sugar
• 3 tablespoons thinly sliced almonds
