Spinach Dip Can substitute salad dressing for mayo. And an ordinary white onion is just as good.

- 1 can water chestnuts (chopped, drained
- 1 pkg spinach,(cooked,well-drained,diced)
- 1 pkg Knorr Veg Soup Mix
- 1 small red onion-golf ball size(finely chopped)
- Fresh ground pepper to taste
