Ingredients

• 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
• 1 cup dry bread crumbs
• salt and pepper to taste
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp onion, minced
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce (divided)
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 Tbsp brown sugar
• 2 Tbsp cider vinegar
• 2 tsp mustard (any style)
• dash of red pepper flakes (optional)
