Beef Stroganoff recipe by Fatima Latib

Ingredients

• 1 kg steak cut into strips
• 2 onions
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 2 teaspoon BBQ spice
• 2 steak and chop spice
• 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
• 1 teaspoon mustard powder
• 1 teaspoon ginger and garlic
• 2 tablespoon Wellington chilli sauce
• 2 tablespoon Vinegar
• 2 tablespoon soya sauce
• 1 green pepper julienne
• 1 punnet white mushrooms sliced
• 2 potatoes cubed and fried
• 2 tablespoon chilli sauce
• 2 tablespoon tomato
• ½ tin tomato puree
• ¼ cup vinegar
• ¼ cup water
• 2 tablespoon maziena
• Add to the steak.
