Colorful spring rolls with ham, mango and avocado, perfect for a light lunch.
Ingredients
- 4 rice paper wrappers

- Roll tightly: fold in the sides, then roll from bottom to top like a burrito.
- Repeat with the remaining rice wrappers.
- Cut in half and serve with the dipping sauce.
