• 2 tablespoon cooking wine
• 1 cups pumpkin, cut into 2-inch long matchsticks
• 1/4 cup chives, cut into 2-inch long pieces
• 1 tablespoon oil
• handful of toasted sesame seeds
• soy sauce for dipping
