• 1 teaspoon ghee (Clarified butter),

• 1 teaspoon fresh red chillies,
• 1 teaspoon salt,
• 1 teaspoon chilli powder,
• 1 teaspoon steak and chops spice,
• ½ teaspoon lemon pepper,
• 3 tablespoon vinegar,
• 1 tablespoon mustard sauce,
• 1 tablespoon chilli sauce,
• 1 tablespoon mayonaise,
• 2 tomatoes liquidized.
