Ingredients

• 1 kg fillet steak cut into cubes
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 medium onion sliced
• 2 whole green chillies
• 2 medium tomatoes liquidised
• 2 tablespoons tomatoe puree
• 2 to 3 medium potatoes peeled and cut into 4 pieces
• 2 tablespoons red ginger garlic paste
• Salt to taste
• 2 teaspoon fine cumin
• 2 teaspoon fine coriander
• 1 teaspoon tumeric
• 2 teaspoon coarse red
