Mini Taco Pizzas | KARAN BEEF

Ingredients

• 500 g flank steak
• 250g cheddar/gouda cheese, grated
• Optional: sour cream, for topping
• Taco rub:
• 2 tsp chilli powder
• 2 tsp origanum
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1/2 chilli flakes
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
• Pico de Gallo with avocado (fresh salsa):
• 1 red onion, diced
• 00g cherry tomatoes, diced
• 1 fresh green/red chilli, diced
• 4 sprigs fresh coriander, roughly chopped
• 1 avocado, cubed
• Juice of 1 lime
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper
• Pizza dough:
• 2 cups white bread flour
• 1 tsp instant yeast
• 1 tsp salt
• 3/4 cup warm water
• 1 Tbsp. olive oil
