Judy's ohio house zucchini bread

Ingredients

• 2 cups grated zucchini
• 3 cups flour
• 1-1/2 cups brown sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 cup salad oil
• 1 teaspoon soda
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup raisins
• 1/2 pound chopped salted pecans
