Ingredients

• 4 slices Warburtons Seeded Batch (or Malted Grain)
• 1-2 tsp softened butter
• Few thin slices swiss cheese such as Emmental or Gruyere
• Few thin slices pastrami or salt beef or corned beef
• 2 tbs sauerkraut from a jar
• Few thin slices picked gherkins
• 2 tbs light mayonnaise
• 1 tbs ketchup
• 1 tsp horseradish sauce
• 1 tsp chopped chives
