Honey spiced pear mock-tail | Australian Pears

Ingredients

• 2 pears. We used Packham Pears for this recipe
• 750 ml soda water
• 2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
• 3 tsp honey
• ½ tsp cinnamon powder
• 1 vanilla bean scraped (or 1 tsp vanilla essence)
• 1 lemon, juiced
• 4 tbsp tbsp fresh navel orange juice
• 1 extra pear thinly sliced. We used Packham Pears for the garnish.
