Pineapple Salsa - LiveOcean Seafoods

Ingredients

• 2 fillets Frozen salmon fillets (cooked according to package directions)
• 3 Cups Diced fresh pineapple, about 1 medium - (not canned or frozen)
• 1 Red pepper, chopped
• 1/2 Cup Chopped red onion - (about 1/2 an onion)
• 1/4 Cup Fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
• 1 Jalapeno, finely diced and seeds removed- (add more or less depending upon heat preference)
• 3 Tblsp Fresh lime juice - (about 1 - 1 1/2 limes, to taste)
• 1/2 Cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced
• 8 Cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1 Avocado, diced
