Ingredients

• 2 tablespoon olive oil
• 1.5 kilogram (3 pounds) chicken drumsticks
• 1 large brown onion (200g), chopped finely
• 3 clove garlic, crushed
• 2 tablespoon tomato paste
• 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 400 gram (12½ ounces) canned tomato puree
• 1 cup (250ml) chicken stock
• 1 cup (250ml) water
• 200 gram (6½ ounces) okra
