Creamy Chicken Pasta Bake - San Remo

Ingredients

• 500g San Remo Curls
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 chicken breast fillets, sliced into thin strips
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves, finely chopped
• 1 fresh chilli, chopped roughly
• 2 stalks of spring onion, finely sliced
• 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes, halved
• 3/4 cup thickened cream
• 1 and 1/4 cup chicken stock
• 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 cups of fresh baby spinach
