• 1 pound sweet traditional dry sausage, casing removed, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
• 4 ounces hot traditional dry sausage, casing removed, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
• 1/2 pound proscuitto cut into 1/2 inch cubes
• 1 pound dry mozzarella, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
• 1-1/2 pounds fresh cheese, finely crumbled
• 1/2 pound basket cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
