The Best Ever Breakfast Bake - Brooklyn's Bites
Made with scrambled eggs, creamy sausage and cheddar cheese in between croissant roll sheets, this is my idea of the perfect breakfast.
Ingredients
- -2 tbsp olive oil
- - 1 yellow onion, diced
- - 1 green pepper, diced
- - 1 lb breakfast sausage
- - 8 oz cream cheese
- - 12 eggs
- - 2 cans of croissant rolls (if you can find the sheets, that would work best!)
- - 1.5 cups shredded cheese
