• 1/2 tsp. cajun seasoning
• 1/4 tsp. basil
• 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1/2 cup cheese sauce mix
• 3 cups milk
• 1 1/2 cups diced ham
• 6 eggs, hard-boiled, sliced or diced
• 6 flour tortillas, 8-10-inch
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup cheddar cheese powder (available in bulk food store)
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. onion salt
