Spanish Vegetable Hotpot

Ingredients

• 450 g Potatoes; peeled and cut
• 3 Garlic crushed
• 150 g Green beans; trimmed and
• 1 440 g can chopped tomatoes
• Salt
• 1 440 g can chick peas;
• 2 ts Paprika
• ; chunks
• 1 ts Cumin
• 1 lg Pear; peeled and sliced
• 1 ts Turmeric
• 150 ml Vegetable stock
• 2 tb olive oil
• 1 lg Spanish onion
