- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 cup Frozen diced onion
- 1 tsp Frozen chopped garlic
- 2 cartons Passata
- 1/2 cup Vegetable stock (120ml hot water and half a stock cube)
- 1 tablespoon Tomato puree
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 4 Sausages
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Dried fennel seeds (optional)
