Ingredients

• 1 can x 425g SABA Sardines in Tomato Sauce, drained, reserve tomato sauce
• 1 pc, large Onion, finely chopped
• 3 tbsp Sweet Pickle Relish
• 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
• 3 pcs Hardboiled Eggs, finely chopped
• 1 pc, medium Celery Stalk, chopped
• 3 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp Spring Onions, minced
• 1/4 cup Sardines Tomato Sauce
• 3/4 tsp Iodized Salt
• 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
• 2 packs White Loaf Bread
• 1 pack Cheese Singles (Optional)
• 1 head Lettuce (Optional)
