I have had this for many years and what a great salad for any time.
Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks
- 1 -1 1/2 cup mild cheddar cheese, cut in sm. chunks
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 2/3 cup water
