• 1 yellow onion, chopped
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 400 grams frowzen tawed spinach
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 3 eggs
• 3 dl milk
• 150 grams of feta cheese
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 ml black pepper
