Ingredients

• 1 pack of Melissa Spaghetti No 6
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• ½ tbsp butter
• 150 g bacon finely chopped (or shredded prosciutto)
• ½ glass white wine, non-resinated
• 2 egg yolks
• 4 tbsp grated parmesan
• 200 g heavy cream
• A little fresh pepper
• A little parsley
