Nana's Spinach Pie – IGWorks

Ingredients

• 5 cups of flour
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 cup warm water
• ½ lb melted butter
• ¾ lb spinach (remove stems from the end)
• ½ cup yogurt or cottage cheese
• ½ lb Feta cheese
• ½ cup parsley
• 2-3 stems of chopped scallions
• 3 tablespoons parsley
• Salt & Pepper
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 3 eggs
