• 1 tbsp The Olive Tap’s Chipotle Olive Oil
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1 lb. lean ground beef
• 2 oz. package dried porcini mushrooms
• 28 oz. San Marzano tomatoes
• 8 oz. tomato sauce
• 2 tbsp. chopped basil
• 1/4 cup chopped parsley
