Ingredients
- 2 cups (500ml) single (pouring) cream
- 1 vanilla bean split and seeds scraped or 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 egg yolks
- ¼ cup (55g) caster (superfine) sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornflour (cornstarch)
