Ingredients

• 1 (5-6 lb) whole chicken
• 1/4 cup olive oil, plus more for brushing grates
• 1 lemon, juiced
• 1 tsp. chopped oregano
• 2 tsp. kosher salt
• 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
• Tapenade Ingredients: 1 cup pitted Castelvetrano olives, roughly chopped
• 1 1/2 cups pitted kalamata olives, roughly chopped
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
• 1/2 lemon, juiced
• 1 T. drained capers, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, grated
