• salt and pepper
• 100 g butter
• 1 cup leek (finely chopped)
• 1/2 cup plain flour
• 2 cups milk
• 1/2 cup cream
• 1 cup corn cob kernels
• 1/2 cup chives (cut into pieces)
• 1 tbs lemon juice
• 2 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
