- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 package (3 oz) cook and serve vanilla pudding
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 to 5 medium ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
- 2 packages (8 oz each) softened cream cheese
- 3/4 cup plus 1 TBSP sugar, divided
- 1/3 cup half and half cream
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
