• 10 strawberries, hulled, cut into small cubes
• 8 tomatillos, husked, washed and cut into small cubes
• 1 shallot, finely minced
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 lemon, zested
• ½ teaspoon sea salt
• ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
• ½ cup mint leaves, coarsely chopped
• ¼ cup basil leaves, coarsely chopped
• ½ cup Feta cheese, crumbled (optional)
