• 1 full tablespoon Haddar Brown Sugar
• 3 cups flour (I use 2 cups bread flour and 1 cup white spelt)
• 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 tablespoon dough enhancer (optional, but recommended)
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
• 9 cups water
• 1/2 cup baking soda (fresh, not stale)
• Gefen Sesame Seeds
• 2–3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
• coarse sea salt (optional)
