- 3 Golden delicious apples
- 1 mix of young lettuce leaves
- 100 gr hazelnut oil

- 200 gr Bacon
- 400 gr Cream
- 100 g white wine
- 1 shallot
- 2 gr Pepper
- ¼ sourdough bread
- 250gr butter
