Chicken Pilaau recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• Add in 1 kg chicken pieces
• 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ♥️ masala
• 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa biryani masala
• 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa green chilli paste
• 2 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa dhana jeeroo
• 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa curry blend powder
• 3 tablespoon Lemon 🍋 juice
• 1 cup sour milk
• 1 cup liquidised tomatoes 🍅
• 1 packet Tomato 🍅 paste
• Add in 2 cups mixed Veggies
• Add potatoes top with rice
• Sprinkle fried onions and dhania (coriander)
• Few blobs of ghee (Clarified butter)
