• 500g beef short ribs
• 1 packet Royco® Beef Hot Pot Cook-in Sauce
• 1 chopped onion
• 1 roughly chopped red pepper
• 1 cup of roughly chopped zucchini
• 1 diced potato
• A sprig of thyme
• A crushed garlic clove
• 500ml of water
• 30ml of olive oil
