• 1 box 300 g canned condensed mushroom soup
• 200 g fresh sliced mushrooms
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 2 minced garlic cloves
• 1 cup (240 ml) of chicken broth
• 1 cup (240 ml) of thick cream
• 2 tbsp tablespoons of olive oil
• 1 fresh thyme sprig or 1 tsp dried thyme
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
