Ingredients

• For the Taquitos:
• 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
• 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
• 1/3 cup honey
• 1 Tbsp. chili powder
• 1 tsp. cumin
• 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp. kosher salt, plus extra for sprinkling
• 10 soft taco sized flour tortillas
• 2 cups shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
• nonstick spray
• For the Cilantro Lime Cream:
• 1 cup light sour cream
• juice of one lime
• 1/2 bunch of cilantro, stems discarded
• 1/3 cup green enchilada sauce or salsa verde
• 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
