Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup chilled butter (cut into small cubes)
• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 5-6 tablespoons chilled water
• 1 1/4 cups flour
• 1/3 cup granulated sugar
• 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 3 cups sliced rhubarb (1/4 - 1/2 inch cuts)
• 2 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
• 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
• 3 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
