- For the cupcakes:

- ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
- Pinch of salt

- 100 g Lindt EXCELLENCE 70% Cocoa Dark Chocolate, roughly chopped
- 12 LINDOR Milk Chocolate Truffles, unwrapped (see Tip)
- For the buttercream:
- 100 g Lindt EXCELLENCE 70% Cocoa Dark Chocolate, chopped
- 115 g unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 25 g cocoa powder, sifted
- 185 g icing sugar, sifted
- 2 tbsp double cream
