Ingredients

• 500 ml Inkomazi (sour milk)
• 500 g Self-Raising Flour
• 1 tsp Salt
• 2 tbsp Sugar
• 2 tsp Baking Powder
• 50 g cold and diced butter ((This will make your scones light and flaky))
• 1 Beaten Egg
