Giant dulce de leche cookie - Trois fois par jour

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
• 2/3 cup of brown sugar, compacted
• 1/3 cup of sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon of salt
• 1 cup of butter
• 1 tablespoon of instant coffee
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons of water
• 1 cup of chocolate chips
• 1 cup of crushed almonds
• 1 1/2 cup of dulce de leche, store-bough or homemade
• 1 cup of puffed rice
• 1 cup of melted dark chocolate (Baker’s for example)
