Double Chocolate Nutella Muffins Recipe
Muffins, especially chocolate muffins will always be my first love and I will always have a soft spot for them.
Ingredients
- 310 g flour
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 170 g sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 175 g chocolate chips (chocolate chunks)
- 1 large egg (room temperature)
- 240 ml buttermilk*
- 100 ml coconut oil (or vegetable oil)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 12-24 teaspoons Nutella
