• Gorgonzola cheese, or whatever you like, crumbled or scraped - 100g
• Double cream - 100ml
• White pepper - 1/8 tsp
• Chopped parsley - 1 tbsp
• Portobello mushrooms - 8
• Mushrooms champignon - 250g
• Tomatoes - 2
• Red pepper - 1
• Onion - 1
• Garlic cloves - 4
• Copped parsley - 1 tbsp
• Scraped cheddar cheese - 100g
• Butter - 40g
